Real Estate transactions usually the largest financial investments in a person’s lifetime. Why wouldn’t you use a professional?
Real Estate Agents must treat all parties fairly and honestly, and to strive to preserve a higher degree of knowledge of the buying and selling process. As your agent I shoulder the responsibility to protect your best interests and guide you every step of the way throughout the process.
On a typical transaction, there are over 180 tasks that I perform to insure a smooth transaction and so that my people enjoy getting the most the market will bring. Here’s a link to a list which is pretty complete.
I’ll be updating this page and the “Selling” Blog with great information Meanwhile, download my Complete Home Marketing Plan which is an overview of the concierge level service I provide that brings my people great results when they make their broker!
I work traditional sense working the listing side for just a tad over what is split to the buyer’s agent. I work to put more money in my clients pockets, but not by discounting. Instead I put 100% focus on doing things right and handle the negotiations & process well so my sellers realize the best the market will bring. I’ve proven that over and over. Alas, I have a mission to work to pay for myself, not discount my value. My clients will tell you that what I say is true and I deliver results.
It’s a collaborative effort. My sellers’s who’ve followed the expertise I provide find out that everything I guided them on, paid off. From repairs, to staging, to how lights should be for showing, all make a huge difference.
Selling a property isn’t a matter of just putting it on the MLS. There’s far more that goes into, that starts long before the listing is launched. The best approach is to list with me 30-60 days before the property goes on the MLS. This allows me to do many things that help the property sell better and to get in front of issues that might cause problems when it’s time to close.
One of those has to do with checking on the condition of the title. You wouldn’t want to be finding out at the last minute that an old loan is still showing on your property that could delay your closing or even prevent a sale, would you? That’s just one of the many reasons we get organized early.
So, if you’d like to find out more, please get in touch. I’ll be happy to do a complimentary market analysis, an evaluation of the property to determine updates, repairs etc necessary and explain how I work.
Thanks again and I look forward to hearing from you!
