Who is Tony Pfau?
Good question. That’s me and I’ve been getting great results for my clients since 2003, before that if you include my film clients.
In 2002, I decided to make a move to real estate, one of the best moves of my life. I was licensed in 2003, and began serving buyers and sellers. I’ve been through many markets, and as we enter a slower, normalized market, being called a professionals market, I am coming into that, having been there before.
Selling or buying the largest asset most people deal with in their lifetime is a big deal. Today’s consumers have many options, but, choosing the right broker that will deliver can be quite confusing. Many cookie cutter brokerages have come on the scene making all sorts of promises, claiming to have “full service” or relying on “the technology”. Oh, they claim to be the same, but…are they really? We are moving back to a professionals market where experience matters. I promise you that my clients experience the difference both in the level of service and obtaining the best results from any market.
I spent 23 years in film and television production as a producer/director. I know how to get things done. I’ve attended Colorado Mountain College, University of Colorado Denver and continued some education via Community College of Aurora. I have been adjunct professor, part time, passing on my experience from my former career since 2000.
I recently was certified as an open water diver. I am married and have a grown son.
The Right Choice
What’s the main reason you should choose me? I work by referral. My buyers and sellers find out in the first hour meeting with me what that means, how I am different and how my methods benefit them, right off the bat.
My business is built on relationships, not transactions. My mission is for all of my clients to fare better, and most all of them do. Rest assured, if you become a client of mine, I’m in it for the long game and I will make your success my priority!
Don’t take it from me, read what others say.
